What happens when I downgrade or cancel my subscription?

Learn what happens to your account, including voice clones, when your subscription cancels.

Jellypod is both a podcast creation and hosting platform built into one. As part of purchasing a subscription, you unlock premium hosting & distribution to Spotify, Youtube, Apple Podcasts, more voice clones, monthly credits, and many more features.

As a general rule of thumb, any features that were not available on the Free plan will stop working when your subscription ends. Any unused credits will be forfeited when your plan cancels and you'll be reverted to the Free plan's limit.

If you're on a more expensive plan, we recommend downgrading to the cheapest premium plan to ensure things like credits and hosting aren't lost.

What happens to my podcasts?

The podcasts you've already created remain yours and will never get deleted. They will stay accessible on your podcast's custom website and listenable via RSS. However, distribution to premium platforms like Spotify will be disconnected. You can always download your episodes and purchase a different podcast hosting service, like from our friends at Transistor.

You won't be able to create new voice clones, and existing clones will remain in your account for some period of time before they're deleted. After they're deleted, you'll have to recreate them.
