If the voices of your AI co-hosts aren't quite right for your podcast, don't worry—changing them is simple! Follow these steps to edit your host's voice and ensure your podcast sounds perfect:
Navigate to the Host Tab
Go to the Host tab in your dashboard and locate the host whose voice you'd like to edit.Edit the Host
Click the Edit button in the top-right corner. From here, you can modify the host's name, backstory, and most importantly, their voice.Change the Voice
Professional Voices: You can easily swap between professional voice options.
AI Voice Design: Creating a new voice will delete the old one. You can repeat this process as many times as needed until you're satisfied with the result. Keep in mind that the previous voice will no longer be available.
Voice Cloning: Uploading new audio files for voice cloning will replace the existing clone. To improve the quality of the clone, ensure the input audio is clear, consistent, and free of background noise. If you'd like an expressive clone, speak naturally and reflect the desired tone in your input audio.
Once you've made your selection, click Regenerate Audio on the Edit Page to apply the changes.
Tips for Natural Voice Cloning
Avoid reading a script mechanically; this often results in a robotic-sounding clone.
Instead, try scripting questions and then recording organic responses to these questions. Use natural pauses, ums, and thoughtfulness in your speech.
High-quality input audio leads to better results, so ensure your recording environment is quiet and consistent.
By following these steps, you'll have complete control over your AI co-host’s voice, ensuring your podcast matches your vision. Happy podcasting!
