Yes, you are able to control the flow of the episode using the outline editor.

After you integrate your data sources (URLs, files, etc), we'll automatically generate an outline for the episode. You are able to move around, add, delete, or in any way edit the chapters of the episode.

This will give you full control over how the transcript is generated. You'll be able to edit the transcript for more granular controls.
