Voice clones are a powerful feature in Jellypod that allow you to create a host that actually sounds like you (or a friend). To create a host with a voice clone, you'll follow the same steps as creating a normal host, but with one additional step.

Creating a Voice Clone

To create a voice clone, follow these steps:

  1. Go to "Hosts" on the left hand side app sidebar. Click "Create New Host" in the top right on this page.

  2. Fill out your host's information like name and backstory.

  3. On the voice table below, select the Voice Clone tab and upload a new audio samples that total to around 1-4 minutes.

    1. If you don't have recordings already, you can record yourself directly in the app. Make sure you allow microphone permissions when asked in your browser.

    2. Note: Chrome is the most supported browser for recording. If you're facing issues and using another browser, please try Chrome.

  4. Click "Create Host" when you're done. Now go use the host in your podcast!
